Managing your profile and subscription
Manage your personal profile and security settings, and view your billing details and payment methods.
Access your profile via Account > Account Profile.
- Basic: Update your Name and Email.
- Communication Preferences: Toggle marketing emails, product updates, and security alerts.
- Invoice Information: (Master Account only) Set up details for your invoices (VAT number, Company Name, Address).
- Close Account: Permanently delete your user account.
Protect your account with Two-Factor Authentication.
- Navigate to Account > Two-Factor Authentication.
- TOTP (Time-Based One-Time Password): Enable 2FA using an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy.
- Scan the QR code provided.
- Enter the verification code from the app.
- Save your Recovery Codes in a safe place.
- Email OTP: Alternatively, enable One-Time Passcodes sent via email.
Change your login password via Account > Password. You will need your current password to set a new one.
Manage your LooperChat subscription.
- Go to Account > Billing Plans.
- Plans: View available plans (Free, Basic, etc.) and their limits (message counts, features).
- Switch Plan: Click to upgrade or downgrade.
- Payment Method: Securely manage credit cards via Stripe integration in the Payment Card tab.
View and download your billing history.
- Go to Account > Invoice.
- You will see a list of past invoices with dates and totals.
- Click Download to get a PDF copy of any invoice.
