Account & Billing

Manage your profile, security, and subscription from the Account menu in the top right.

Profile

Go to Account > Account Profile.

• Name and Email — update your display name and email
• Communication Preferences — toggle marketing emails, product updates, and security alerts
• Invoice Information — set up VAT number, company name, and address for invoices (master account only)
• Close Account — permanently delete your account

Password

Go to Account > Password to change your login password.

Two-Factor Authentication

Go to Account > Two-Factor Authentication.

• TOTP — use an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy). Scan the QR code and save your recovery codes.
• Email OTP — receive one-time codes via email

Activity

Go to Account > Activity to view a log of your recent actions.

Pricing Plans

Go to Account > Pricing Plans to view and switch plans.

Not shown for Shopify or VIP users — Shopify billing is managed through the Shopify admin.

Billing & Invoices

Go to Account > Billing & Invoice to view your current plan status and download past invoices.

Payment Card

Go to Account > Payment Card to manage your credit card via Stripe.

Usage

Click Usage in the sidebar to see:

• Your current plan and message count
• Billing period dates
• Progress bar showing usage percentage
• Whether you're using your own AI key or the LooperChat default

A warning appears when usage reaches 80% of your plan limit.
