What counts as a 'message'?: A message is counted every time the chatbot or human sends a response to a user. Live chat messages sent by users are not counted towards your monthly limit.
What happens if I go over my monthly message limit?: We'll notify you when you're getting close to your limit. If you go over, we offer flexible overage pricing, or you can upgrade to a higher plan with more messages.
How does the AI training work?: You can train your AI chatbot by providing URLs to your existing website, help docs, or knowledge base. The AI will automatically crawl and learn from the content to answer user questions.
